Listen to music that lifts you up
I don’t think there is anyone who does not love music, it is part of our life. If you have not got it sorted, it is time to get cracking.
Music plays a vital role in my life and in many people’s lives I have seen. It can switch your mood, calm you down, cheer you up, get you by when you are going through hard times. Sort out your music and things will change.
I love the meditation playlists on Spotify, they are great for sleeping, meditation or in the morning, helps me to start the day in peace.
There are heaps of podcasts to listen to. You can find podcasts on any topic. It’s a great learning experience especially when you are driving, it’s great to listen to a podcast.
There is a problem with the kind of music that's played on the radio. It is not something that will cheer you up, it would rather do the opposite. Same with any other music apps, there are lots of songs that should not even be playing in suggestions. That’s why I rather choose my own playlists.
So what you can do is create playlists, whichever music app you use the most. Create playlists for different moods, like playlist while reading, a playlist for a workout, meditation playlist, music for the car and heaps more. Keep adding music that matches your playlists. It is so much fun. I keep rediscovering old music when I come across some good music I make sure I save it to my playlists.
After creating playlists music is a much more enjoyable experience.
